What a fun little treat these are! Artichokes, chickpeas and panko bread crumbs are blended with nori and spices ‘of the sea’ to create this vegan spin on crab cakes. I adore snacks like this that create a meat-like texture to fool even the most hardcore carnivore.
These come frozen and ready for you to thaw and fry up in a bit of oil. We recommend topping with your fav tarter sauce. Want a vegan version of tarter? It’s vegan mayo (store bought or homemade), relish and a splash of lemon. They are also awesome on top of a nice green salad.
