I’m just going to say it… this granola is my new favorite. The most amazing caramel sauce (made with dates and tahini), dried local apples, pecans, and oats. It’s not super sweet so IMHO, perfect for breaky.
*Vegan, contains nuts, gluten free BUT – I do not use certified gluten free oats in this recipe. Flaked oats are an item that has a high chance of cross contamination with gluten products because of the way in which they are processed. If you are just avoiding gluten you’ll likely be ok, but if you are Celiac you may want to pass on this one – just my public service announcement :).
