Hearty Lager Stew
As we head into sweater and boot season, I’m all about yummy stews. This one has the classic crew – carrots, potatoes, parsnips, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, leeks and peas simmering in a thick Sidelaunch Mountain Lager broth.
*Vegan, nut free, contains gluten (Tapioca flour is used to thicken the broth which is GF, but I’m sticking with local lager on this one and it’s not GF…sorry celiac pals. If you are just avoiding large amounts of gluten please know that there is probably only 2 tbsp. of lager in a serving)
