My Slovenia grandparents had a lot of Hungarian friends and I remember having a version of this soup when I was a kid…I’m positive however it wasn’t vegan. This one might not be completely authentic but it is soooo good. Kind of cream of mushroom soup but jacked up with Hungarian paprika and other warm spices, it’s a twist on a classic and one I think you’ll love.
