Have you tried jackfruit? This unique tropical fruit is a game changer for my WFPB friends. With the texture of pulled pork/chicken, you will fool any meat lover with this dish. Potatoes, leeks, sweet potatoes, onion, corn, peas, carrots and jackfruit simmer and get real cozy with classic pot pie spices. This is topped with my gluten free pie crust (top only pot pie).
7 inch x 5 inch tray (2 inches deep). Comes frozen and needs to be heated (from frozen) for 60 mins.
