Lentil Shepherd’s Pie
One of my most classic freezer meals, this vegan take on comfort food classic will make everyone in your house happy. Creamy brown lentils, onion, garlic, tomato paste and herbs form the base. Layer in some corn, carrots and peas and top with a white and sweet potato mash and some mushroom gravy. Super kid friendly!
7 inch x 5 inch tray (2 inches deep). Comes frozen and needs to be heated (from frozen) for 60 mins.
