Lentil Swiss Chard Stew
In case you didn’t know, I LOVE lentils! This stew really shows them off – green lentils get to hang with the ‘trinity’ (carrot, celery and onion), tomatoes, swiss chard, cumin and warming spices. The stock is extra special because it blends sunflower seeds for a creamy twist.
