A lifetime of hating all protein powders led me to creating my own, and let me tell you – it’s great! Perfect for smoothies, but also a great thicker for soups, sauces and dressings. I’ve also been known to just sprinkle this mixture on salads. In other words – super versatile. Harnessing the power of protein in plants with none of the artificial sweetness or chalky texture!
