Kale and carrots are layered with Moroccan spice roasted sweet potato, cauliflower and chickpeas. This salad is dressed with our pomegranate and orange vinaigrette and an awesome salad topper which includes almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts and dates.
On our first date, I made the mm man Moroccan, so this salad is my Valentine to him. Plus, it’s great!
