Fingers crossed we all remain incredibly healthy this Fall – but you know how it goes; sooner or later we all get a touch of the “under the weathers.” Momma’s calling for the No-Chicken Noodle Soup! Carrots, celery, onion, red peppers, spinach and rice noodles. The real gem of this soup though is the broth. Here’s what we do…our regular vegan broth is pureed with a whack of spices and white beans which makes it full of flavour, slightly creamy and very filling.
