The mm Man loves cream of mushroom soup and I’ve been working on this one for awhile now for him. Finally nailed it by REALLY slow roasting an array of mushrooms, onions and garlic. The broth is our standard vegan heaven blended with cauliflower and a whack of earthy herbs. Perfect for a Fall day.
