Summer time, and the livin’s easy…
This salad is screaming to be had around a pool with a slushy drink in my hand – I’m open to invites 🙂
Vermicelli noodles, cabbage, long beans, edamame, carrot, red pepper, green onion and grilled pineapple. Topped with a zippy mango dressing and a hazelnut, coconut and hemp heart topper.
*Vegan, gluten free, contains nuts (if you need a nut free topper instead just ask)
